Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How are my items shipped and when can I expect to receive them?
A: Orders are shipped USPS Priority. Orders within the US usually will arrive within approx 7 business days (1-2 business days for order processing, and 3-5 business days for shipping). International orders take longer, so please be patient if you're ordering from overseas. We only ship to a handful of international countries. So If you're placing an order and find that we don't ship to you, it's probably b/c the shipping cost is out of control. Drop us a line and we'll see what we can do.
Q: How do I change my address or billing info?
A: Click on "My Account" at the top of the page and log in with the information you used to create your account. You will be directed to your account page. Log in, and it will tell you how to change any information that is stored for your account.
Blacknoise Recordings reserves the right not to provide goods or services or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights. If you need to cancel an order, please contact BNR immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we have not yet accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. If we have accepted payment for an order, any request to cancel or refund the order will not be accepted.
It is your obligation to provide the correct delivery information at the time of ordering. Should there be any omission or error in the delivery information, BNR is not obliged to resend the order to the correct delivery destination at our expense. BNR cannot guarantee the date or time of delivery. BNR is not liable for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order, or items lost or damaged during shipment.
PRIVACY / SECURITY
BNR will NEVER EVER EVER rent, sell, or share ANY of the information that you enter into this site. Orders are processed through "Stripe" credit card processing (one of the top global credit card processing companies, and a leader in security), or PayPal. No credit card information aside from your billing address is stored in this site. We are insanely protective of our privacy, so we hold your privacy in the highest respect. Your info is safe with us.
